Its four en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms sleep eight across three levels — one set within the tower itself, reached by a spiral staircase to its bathroom.
A sheltered inner courtyard and several outdoor areas for dining and relaxing look out over the coast, and a short walk away lies a private, heatable 15 × 6 m pool. The villa is offered on a self-catering basis, with use of the Sa Terra Rotja tennis court subject to availability.
